Manufacturers and producers in the quality food and drink industry attend the Gourmets Fair from all over Spain, either independently or represented by their Autonomous Regions, Provincial Councils, Chambers of Commerce, Regulatory Councils and other organisations.

The international character of the Gourmets Fair is renewed by the presence of a large assortment of products from 16 countries. France, Italy, Portugal, Southafrica, Switzerland, Canada, Argentine, Greece, UK, Iran, EEUU, Germany, Holand, Israel, Hungary and Chile.

Oils, smoked cold cuts, heavy salted fish, coffee, tea, tinned meat, fish and vegetables, foie-gras and other duck and goose products, dairy products, legumes and pastas, honey and preserves, cakes and chocolates, ready meals, fresh produce, cheeses, sauces, vinegars and spices. As for beverages, there will be liqueurs and brandies, water, cavas and champagnes, beer and juices, plus a large number of wineries presenting their products. Several publishing houses and kitchenware and accessories companies complete the large range of products exhibited at the fair.
